Method of Selection:

• Week 1 Sweepstakes: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted from September 15 at 12:00 am EST to September 20 at 11:59 pm EST, under the supervision of K&S Escapes (the Sponsor).

• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each sweepstakes.

• Notification: Potential winners will be notified by direct message (DM) on the platform of entry (Instagram, Facebook, or X) within 24 hours of selection:

  • Week 1 winner: Notified by September 25, 2025, via DM.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours with their full name and US shipping address (for swag) or contact information (for consultations/credits). Non-compliance may result in disqualification.

• Forfeiture: If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by random draw from remaining eligible entries, at the Sponsor’s discretion.

• Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow K&S Escapes to use their name, city, and state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions and Disclaimers:

• Prize Conditions: Winner is solely responsible for working with K&S Escapes for booking their consultation and all associated travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, passports, visas, and any other travel documentation in order to travel. Booking of the trip is subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by the suppliers in its sole discretion. Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in for incidental expenses. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by the cruise line, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any services and accommodations related to the prize. Winner and any travel companion(s) must comply with all rules and policies of the selected suppliers.

• Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of K&S Escapes, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

• Right to Modify/Terminate: K&S Escapes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

• Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless K&S Escapes, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

• Indemnification: Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless K&S Escapes from any claims arising from their participation or acceptance of a prize.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
